We set out to create workouts that allow Hockey Players to have access to the high-quality & structured workouts they need to further their fitness & take their game to the next level - from anywhere.
Each of the 10 workouts includes videos for each exercise, reps, sets, and workout notes - to allow players to get the most out of each workout
Some workouts are body weight only, while others utilize mini-bands, red bands, and steps/stairs.
We believe the lack of equipment should not be a barrier to getting in a high-quality work.
