How much is a medical marijuana card in Oklahoma?

The standard application fee is $100. Individuals who provide acceptable proof of Medicaid (SoonerCare) or Medicare enrollment or status as a 100% disabled veteran will pay a reduced fee of $20. Application fees must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit or debit card. An additional credit card processing fee will be added to the transaction. These application and processing fees are non-refundable. The payment will not be refunded for applications not approved.

What payment methods do you accept at ARCannabisClinic?

We currently accept major credit cards and debit. No cash or personal checks are accepted.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately medical marijuana/cannabis is still federally illegal, therefore no insurance company has elected to cover cannabis-related treatments or related office visits.


What are my rights as a patient with a MMJ card?

Under SQ 788 & the emergency medical marijuana rules, patients who hold an OK medical marijuana card have the right to:

  • Enroll in school without rejection based only on cardholder status
  • Rent an apartment without eviction or rejection based solely on patient status
  • Work at their place of employment (most) without discrimination for having a card or testing positive for marijuana
  • Receive healthcare without disqualification merely due to medical marijuana treatment
  • Visit or have custody of their child without denial only based on patient status
  • Hold a state-issued license without suspension on the sole basis of cardholder status
However, your patient card does not give you the right to:
  • Use or possess marijuana at your place of employment without recourse
  • Work, live or learn somewhere that could face loss of a monetary or licensing benefit under federal law due to your patient status
  • Sell or distribute marijuana to others without a commercial medical cannabis card

Who will check my MMJ card?

A medical marijuana identification card and another form of identification should be presented any time you purchase medical marijuana at a dispensary or have marijuana taken to a processor to be concentrated. Law enforcement may also require your identification card to prove you are licensed to legally use and possess medical marijuana. Minor patients and their identified parent/legal guardian should show the medical marijuana identification card and another form of identification to purchase medical marijuana at a dispensary or any time marijuana is taken to a processor to be put into concentrate. Law enforcement may also require individuals to show identification cards.

Will patients registration status be made available to the public?

No, you are protected under HIPAA Laws.


What are the qualifying conditions for Oklahoma?

Oklahoma’s medical marijuana law, SQ 788, clearly states that “there are no qualifying conditions.” Instead, a physician may follow the same judgment they would use to prescribe any other medication. Conditions commonly treated with cannabis medicine include:

  • Chronic pain
  • Cancer
  • Severe Nausea
  • Epilepsy and other seizure disorders
  • Glaucoma
  • Neuropathic pain disorders
  • Crohn’s disease
  • Terminal illness
  • Spasticity
  • Muscle spasms
  • Anorexia and bulimia

  • Cachexia and wasting syndrome

I have one of the “qualifying medical conditions,” am I automatically a qualified patient?

How long is my ID card valid for the Oklahoma Cannabis program?

A patient license is valid for two years from the date it is issued, or 60 days from the date it is issued for short-term licenses, unless the license is revoked by the physician or OMMA.

What is a medical marijuana adult patient license?

A medical marijuana patient license allows an individual with an approved application to legally buy, use, and grow medical marijuana and medical marijuana products in Oklahoma. This license is in the form of an identification card that can be used to prove an individual is a license holder. This card contains the individual’s name, photo, date of birth, city and county of residence, the type of license, the date the license expires, and the patient’s unique medical marijuana license number.


How can I check the status of my application with OMMA?

All applications will be submitted electronically to the OMMA. Application information and requirements are available online at ​​​​​

How long does it take to process a new application by OMMA?

Once the application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the OMMA. If it is deemed complete and meets all requirements, program staff will mail an approval letter with the minor’s identification card within 14 business days of the application submission date. If the application is incomplete due to unclear or missing information or documents, the applicant will receive email correspondence stating the reason(s) it is incomplete and will be able to log back in to the online account to make corrections. The patient’s submission date is the date the application is complete. If the application is reviewed and denied because the applicant does not meet all the requirements, a denial letter stating the reason(s) for denial will be mailed to the applicant within 14 business days of submission.

How do I apply with the OMMA?

Applications and payment will be collected through an online system. This system is available on our website at You will need a valid email address to login to this system. This email address will be used to send notices once you create an account.


Where are the dispensaries located?

Am I allowed to grow medical cannabis in Oklahoma?

Yes. Qualified patients will be allowed to grow up to grow up to six mature plants in their private residence, in addition to six immature plants (seedlings).

What forms of medical marijuana are available?

The following forms of medical marijuana are permitted: oils, tinctures, plant material, edibles and patches. The law prohibits the use of medical marijuana by smoking or combustion, but does allow for vaporization (vaping). The law prohibits any form that is attractive to children.

I received my card. Where can I get medical marijuana?

Once you have received your medical marijuana ID card, you can purchase medical marijuana at any dispensary in Oklahoma. Some dispensaries require an appointment for your first visit. View contact information and locations for all dispensaries.


What is a medical marijuana caregiver license?

A medical marijuana caregiver license allows an individual designated by a patient -- or a minor patient’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) -- to assist the patient with the purchase, application, and administration of medical marijuana. This license will be in the form of an identification card to prove an individual is a license holder. This card will contain the caregiver’s name, photo, date of birth, city and county of residence, the type of license, expiration date, the caregiver’s unique medical marijuana license number, and the unique medical marijuana license number of the patient.

How do I apply for a caregiver application?

The Physician Recommendation Form attached to the patient’s application must include certification of his or her need for a caregiver in order for a caregiver to submit an application. Caregivers of adult patients must submit the Caregiver Designation Form (PDF) signed by the patient or, if applicable, the adult patient’s legal guardian. Parent/legal guardian caregivers of minor patients must submit the Caregiver Designation Form. Minor patients may have up to two designated caregivers who are parents or legal guardians.

How long does my caregiver license last?

Caregiver licenses are valid up to the expiration date of the associated patient’s license, not to exceed two years. Additionally, the patient has the right to withdraw his or her designated caregiver at any time and physicians may terminate a patient’s license. When this happens, the caregiver license will be invalidated.

What information do I need to provide in the caregiver application?

The following information is required for a caregiver license:

  • Caregiver’s full name
  • Residence and mailing address
  • Date of birth
  • Telephone number and email address
  • Caregiver’s signature
  • The name of the patient who has designated you as his or her caregiver
  • The 24 character medical marijuana license number for the patient who has designated you as his or her caregiver.

Is this program only for professional or elite players?

This program is designed for any Hockey Player who’s serious about training and wants to take their speed on the ice to the next level. This program was originally created for our Junior/Professional players, but we’ve since made it more accessible so that it can be done at any gym – and has been used by minor pros, university players, and beer league players. Because we don’t include set weights, you can choose the intensity that is appropriate to challenge you

What makes this program specifically for the off-season?

Relentless Hockey was built specifically for Hockey Players & that each program has been structured to specifically to translate to on-ice performance. Being an in-season program, this program places less focus on conditioning & footwork - and more focus on strength, power & and mobility. There's a special focus on mobility & restoration to address the stresses that a hockey season places on the body. Our goal is to fuel your development, while also preparing your body for peak performance on game day.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Everything great requires commitment. Whether you’re looking to go from AA to AAA, get drafted, or earn a professional contract – elite performance requires commitment. The program is designed for you to commit to at least three workouts per week, and we recommend utilizing the bonus manuals for additional mobility and conditioning workouts. Saying that, one of the advantages of Relentless Hockey programs is the flexibility to train whenever and wherever you want. So, while we expect you to commit to 3 workouts per week, you can create the training schedule that works for you.

What kind of equipment do I need?
