The Relentless App is the ultimate training tool for Hockey Players. Frequently asked questions

Is this program only for professional or elite players?

This program is designed for any Hockey Player who’s serious about training and wants to take their speed on the ice to the next level. This program was originally created for our Junior/Professional players, but we’ve since made it more accessible so that it can be done at any gym – and has been used by minor pros, university players, and beer league players. Because we don’t include set weights, you can choose the intensity that is appropriate to challenge you

What makes this program specifically for the off-season?

Relentless Hockey was built specifically for Hockey Players & that each program has been structured to specifically to translate to on-ice performance. Being an in-season program, this program places less focus on conditioning & footwork - and more focus on strength, power & and mobility. There's a special focus on mobility & restoration to address the stresses that a hockey season places on the body. Our goal is to fuel your development, while also preparing your body for peak performance on game day.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Everything great requires commitment. Whether you’re looking to go from AA to AAA, get drafted, or earn a professional contract – elite performance requires commitment. The program is designed for you to commit to at least three workouts per week, and we recommend utilizing the bonus manuals for additional mobility and conditioning workouts. Saying that, one of the advantages of Relentless Hockey programs is the flexibility to train whenever and wherever you want. So, while we expect you to commit to 3 workouts per week, you can create the training schedule that works for you.

What kind of equipment do I need?

The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
