Female High-Performance Program


Relentless Hockey’s Girl’s High-Performance Program is specifically designed for the development needs of female hockey players looking to take their training and performance to the next level.


With small group sessions, this program allows for individualization and hands-on coaching that elite players need to address weaknesses and enhance the fitness and physical characteristics that translate to on-ice performance. 


This group is exclusively for female hockey players and has been designed to be integrated into the Burlington Barracudas High-Performance player’s schedule. Programming will strategically build on team training while allowing for more individualization to address individual development needs.


For alumni and other players interested in this program, additional workouts can be provided through the Relentless Hockey App along with memberships to EPC are available upon request.





Session Structures

Sessions run roughly 75 minutes and include individualized and group work. Group size is limited, and depending on the group will be coached by 1-3, including Kyle Kokotailo.


Each session will include both individualized portions (allowing for players to address their individual training needs) and group portions (allow players to compete against each other).


  • Tissue Work, Mobility, “Pre-Hab” care (Individualized)

  • Speed, Agility, & Athletic Development / Competition Drills (In Groups)

  • Strength & Power Development (Individualized)

  • Conditioning & Energy System Development (In Groups)

  • Core and Mobility (Group/Individualized)


Program Information:


Workouts are roughly 75 minutes and are Tuesday and Thursday evening (time – TBA) starting in June and running until August training camp.


We recommend our elite players train four times per week in the off-season (for Barracudas’ girls this is 2 team sessions + Relentless Hockey sessions). Unlike our other programs, which require full summer commitment - this program is sold in “session packages” to allow for flexibility in the summer schedule for skill skates, travel, and other commitments.


With 11 weeks – packages are sold quantities in 22, 16, and 11 and can be used for any of the program sessions. If program enrollment is full, additional times (afternoons and Fridays) will be added to ensure small group nature.


Please note: Based on the number of players interested, we are currently evaluating at adding additional sessions throughout the week to ensure sessions maintain "small group" nature.
