The Relentless Goalie program is strategically designed with three distinct phases and weekly progressive workouts built to be continuously pushing you to the next level.

PHASE 1: BODY RECONSTRUCTION

Goalies have inherent dysfunctions. In Phase 1,  we're focused on reconstructing the body and improving movement patterns & mobility limitations to have you moving better than ever before. Each week we progress in developing truly elite foundations so that we can rapidly develop strength & power in phase 2.

THE WORKOUT PROGRAM

36 Different Workouts


Gone are the days of repeating the same workout for a month. Relentless programs are built to leverage progressive overload training to the max with continuous progression each workout. With 3 workouts per week, each 4 week phase consists of 12 different workouts to keep you consistently challenged.




Extra Mobility, Conditioning, and Recovery Days


Relentless players go beyond just 3 workouts per week. What they're doing away from the gym is what truly amplifies their training. We've created optional in-app mobility workouts, along with the guides that players use on off-days to either be putting in extra work or recovering to ensure their body is in the best shape possible.




Intensive Workout Structure


Go beyond just “lifts” and get every element of your workout dialled in. With the exact structure the pros are using, Relentless workouts are intensively designed to give you the most comprehensive workout possible - including: 1) Pre-hab/Activation - Exercises to restore mobility, address structural imbalances, and create a healthier body that leaves you feeling and moving your best. 2) Athleticism - Speed & plyometric drills focusing on footwork, agility, and change of direction, and explosive acceleration designed to enhance the athleticism that translates on the ice. 3) Power & Strength - We don't just lift weights. We develop the functional strength and power that Hockey Players need to thrive in today's game. 4) Core/Mobility/Conditioning - Each workout we're improving both movement and conditioning capacity and developing the core strength that's essential for hockey players to play strong on the ice.
