Core is king for hockey players.
If hockey players want to put in extra work, we almost recommend they spend time on core and mobility. Whether it's shooting harder, engaging contact to get better positions in front of the net or in the corner, or just playing stronger and more confident on the puck - elite core strength is essential for hockey players who want to take their game to the next level.
