Spring Prep Performance Program

The Spring Prep Program is designed to bridge the gap between hockey season and our off-season
summer programs.
This program has two primary objectives:

1) to restore balance back to the body by addressing asymmetries and movement restrictions built
up throughout the season;

2) create the foundational strength and movement capacity that translate to on-ice performance
and can amplified in our summer program.

While these programs are considered foundational, they aren’t intended to be easy or “work into things
slowly” – sessions utilize training practices that challenge capacity while “reconstructing” the body to
create healthier, stronger foundations.

Midget/Junior Prep Program

For Spring 2018, we will be only be offering private and semi-private training for our U18 players.

Sessions are offered in a private (1 on 1) format (upon availability) or in a semi-private group with other players of the same level. We traditionally recommend players work with a teammate or friend both of cost efficiencies and to allow them to work against/with one another.

Players enrolled in our summer program will receive a discount on all sessions. You can find information about our in-person training here.

Note: Player’s who are new to Relentless Hockey or would like to discuss creating a spring plan for their training can book a mobility/fitness assessment and sit down with Kyle to discuss their development needs.

Junior/University/Pro Prep Program

Our Junior/University/Pro Prep Program is online or private training only.

Players have two options to train:

  1. Relentless Hockey App – Players looking to workout on their own until our 9 Week High Performance Summer Program have the option to receive our online coaching service at a 50% discount. This gives players a completely individualized preparation program can be done at the closest local gym, or with a 24-hour membership at our facility partner in Burlington, the Elite Performance Center.

  1. Private/Semi-Private Training – Players looking for hands on coaching can request private training with Kyle or a Strength Coach at the Elite Performance Center in Burlington. For cost effectiveness, it’s recommended that players train with a friend or teammate in a semi-private format. Players also enrolled in our summer program will receive a discount on all private sessions.

Inquires into pricing, availability, and recommendations for the best option for you can be submitted directly to Kyle at kyle@relentlesshockey.com
