Frequently Asked Questions

Is this program just for elite or professional players?

This program is designed for any Hockey Player who’s serious about training and has the goal to shed fat and increase their on-ice agility. This program was originally created for our Junior/Professional players, but we’ve since made it more accessible so that it can be done at any gym – and has been used by minor pros, university players, and beer league players. Because we don’t include set weights, you can choose the intensity that is appropriate to challenge you.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Everything great requires commitment. Whether you’re looking to go from AA to AAA, get drafted, or earn a professional contract – elite performance requires commitment. The program is designed for you to commit to at least three workouts per week, and we recommend utilizing the “Extra Relentless Manual” for additional mobility and conditioning workouts. Saying that, one of the advantages of Relentless Hockey programs is the flexibility to train whenever and wherever you want. So, while we expect you to commit to 3 workouts per week, you can create the training schedule that works for you.

What makes this program specific for the Off-Season?

Relentless Hockey was built specifically for Hockey Players. This means that each program has been structured to specifically to translate to on-ice performance. This program brings more intensity than an typical training program, and is designed to maximize the off-season by addressing imbalances, improving athleticism, and enhancing strength and conditioning.

Can I use this program all off-season?

Absolutely! Through the Relentless Hockey App you'll have unlimited access to this program for life. Some players have used this repetitively throughout the summer, while others have used it in the early off-season before going to another Relentless Hockey program (with our returning player discount) or an in-person program.
