Great program from start to finish. Past summers I had really struggled to add muscle so my Coach (who knows Kyle) recommended me this program. It was very different than my past workouts. I think after the first phase I has up 2kg and then by the end of the program I had gained 8.5kg total, which for me is very significant. Workouts are full with speed and mobility too which I liked a lot. Thank you for such a great program and the support you've shown me.
Hello, just wanted to share my son's experience with your "Relentless Goalie" program. I purchased for my son earlier this year who was going into his u18 season (undrafted to OHL). He wanted to change his training this summer and work with a new goalie coach who suggested he double down on his off-ice training to get stronger and more powerful this season. We found your work and was very impressed with how you talked goalie needs so decided we'd give your program a shot. My son loved it. He had trained with other trainers but said he loved these workouts and his goalie coach reviewed it and gave you very high praise. We've both seen his progress on the ice and he's moving around the create with a lot more power. I will definitely be recommending your programs to more players this season and really respect what you do here.
This is the first workout program that I actually "followed" and I loved being able to show up and know exactly what I had to. The program comes with both "digital" version that I'd use on my phone, but for phase 2-3 I switched to using the "printable" and preferred it way more. It still had the QR code so I could see the exercises demos if I needed them but it was not being on my phone nonstop. I started off taking around hour 15, but workouts were usually around an hour once I got the hang of the exercises. I'm definitely no stud on the ice (C leaguer) but I definitely know that my skating has improved since starting this. Very much recommend.
