The 8 Week Relentless Off-Season Program is strategically designed with two distinct phases and progressive workouts built to be continuously pushing you towards your training goals.

PHASE 1: BODY RECONSTRUCTION

Start your off-season right. In Phase 1,  we're focused on reconstructing the body and improving movement and activation patterns while also creating the strength foundation we can build functional strength & power off of in phase 2.

36 Different Workouts


Gone are the days of repeating the same workout for a month. Relentless programs are built to leverage progressive overload training to the max with continuous progression each workout. With 3 workouts per week, each 4 week phase consists of 12 different workouts to keep you consistently challenged.




Extra Mobility, Conditioning, and Recovery Days


Relentless players go beyond just 3 workouts per week. What they're doing away from the gym is what truly amplifies their training. We've created optional in-app mobility workouts, along with the guides that players use on off-days to either be putting in extra work or recovering to ensure their body is in the best shape possible.




Intensive Workout Structure


Go beyond just “lifts” and get every element of your workout dialled in. With the exact structure the pros are using, Relentless workouts are intensively designed to give you the most comprehensive workout possible - including: 1) Pre-hab/Activation - Exercises to restore mobility, address structural imbalances, and create a healthier body that leaves you feeling and moving your best. 2) Athleticism - Speed & plyometric drills focusing on footwork, agility, and change of direction, and explosive acceleration designed to enhance the athleticism that translates on the ice. 3) Power & Strength - We don't just lift weights. Is this program only for professional or elite hockey players?


This program is designed for the Hockey Player who’s serious about training and is willing to commit to putting in the work to taking their game to the next level. Many of the exact workouts in this program were originally created for our professional players. Since then, this program has been used by hundreds of players from minors to pros. We do recommend this program only for players 15+.




What makes this program specifically for the off-season?


All Relentless Hockey programs are built for hockey players. With our Relentless Off-Season program, we've specifically built workouts designed to push you at an intensity you might not be able to maintain during a hockey season. Our goal is to truly maximize your off-season training window. Unlike our goal-specific programs, the Relentless Off-Season program is built as complete training approach to take your game to the next level.




What kind of equipment do I need?


This program was designed to be performed with a super basic gym setup. We don't believe in big fancy gym setups or the latest equipment. We believe the best exercises are This program includes: included primairly dumbbells, cables/bands, barbells, kettlebells, and mini-bands. For any exercise that maybe require a specialized piece of equipment (trapbar/landmine/etc.) we've included alternative exercises directly in-app that you can use with the same targeted effect.




What kind of exercises are included?


We admit, even if you've been going to the gym for a while - a good amount of these exercises are going to be new. We don't rely on traditional bodybuilding exercises. We utilize integrative exercises that challenging players to develop truly functional strength that they can use on the ice. All of the exercises in your program are accompanied with a video demonstration to ensure you have the exact technique we're looking for to maximize the intended training effect.
