The 12 Week Relentless Bodyweight Program is strategically designed with three distinct phases and progressive workouts built to be continuously developing bodyweight mastery and developing the attributes that translate.

Body Reconstruction


Hockey Players' bodies have a lot of dysfunction.

In Phase 1, we're focused on reconstructing the body and improving movement and activation patterns to have you moving better than ever before. Each week we're focused on developing foundational strength so that we rapidly develop strength & add muscle phase 2.

Phase 2:

functional power

Develop the functional strength & power that translates.

In Phase 2, we focus on building off of foundations with both functional strength & power that has a meaningful impact on a player's game. With intensive unilateral and core work, players begin to feel stronger and more stable on the ice.

Phase 3:

on-ice translation

From the off-ice to on-ice, it's time to translate your gains to where they matter most.

In Phase 3, we shift to a power emphasis while also adding a layer of specificity to truly prepare for on-ice performance. The work off-ice truly shows up on the ice, going from good to great to unstoppable.

The Explosive Power program was created by Coach Kyle, Strength Coach & founder of Relentless Hockey. 

Kyle has become one of the go-to authorities on hockey training and performance optimization for hockey players.

Kyle combined his education, playing experience, experience as a skills coach, and thousands of hours working with hockey players in the gym to refine relentless programs to be the ultimate training for on-ice performance. Since starting Relentless Hockey, Kyle and the team have worked with players in nearly every professional hockey league in the world from the NHL and KHL to across Europe – along with thousands of players from across the world. 

Coach Kyle continues to improve and refine all of the Relentless Hockey programs while supporting players to maximize their training and start thriving on the ice.

No offence.. I honestly didn’t think this program would be that impactful on my game. I bought it because I just wanted to have something to follow this summer, but WOW do I feel great. The mobility alone has me feeling 10x better and can’t describe it.. It just feels like each stride has more push like I boosted my speed in chell. Game changer for me!
