Just wanted to share how impressed we were with this program. Our daughter Emily wanted to get stronger this summer and I wanted to make sure she was doing it the right way. I found you guys and obviously you’re pros but the program was really a step above what we expected. She loved the workouts. She saw results in both the gym (can finally do chin ups) and on the ice. Big props to your system!

We got this for our son because he was looking at getting into the gym on his own. He was in the gym with his team once a week but knew it wasn’t enough to get stronger and faster. Having him use such a high-quality program gave us confidence he was doing the right things in the gym and gave him the structure to really focus his work.. his core strength is off the charts and other parents keep asking what he's doing off ice.. because it shows!

I found Relentless Hockey on Instagram & as a physiotherapist LOVED so many of your posts and the approach to hockey training. When I saw the youth program I had to get it for my guy.. and the result have been awesome! He's added muscle, his stride looks great, and he's playing strong and confident (even getting called up an age!) We love Relentless Hockey!!

Our son Dylan had all the skills on ice to play AAA but just kept getting passed up for not being “strong enough” to play at the higher level. Using the Relentless Hockey program he put on 14lbs of muscle!! He’s playing more confidently & not shying away from getting physical out there – training with Relentless has completely changed his game! He’s pumped for tryouts and can’t thank you guys enough!!

This offseason was truly at another level and I want to say thanks to Relentless for all the help. I gained 15lbs of muscle, the extensive speed work has me feeling way better on the ice, and the mobility work has my body feeling unreal. I always played a power forward role but felt I was getting pushed off the puck. I didn’t want to get bulky, but I knew adding some muscle and getting stronger would be huge for this game. Loved this program. 5/5 star. Honestly my goal wasn’t adding muscle, it was developing “Crosby strength” that would let me get stronger on the puck. A couple weeks in and I already felt that improved core strength and being able to tap into those stronger positions. I’ve loved this program and can’t wait to repeat it!
